You need people to bring in sales. You need people for prospects and to bring in potential prospects to you. You need to establish a presence for you and your business, so you need to mix and mingle, to see and be seen.
You have commitment. Your network marketing business will need time and hard work before it finally pays off. Along the way, there will be good days and bad days, successes and pitfalls, hits and strike out's. If you do not have the dedication and loyalty that binds you to see your business through all these, you will eventually give up.
You have enthusiasm. To grow and learn new things. In this fast-paced world, where something new keeps coming up every moment, you need to go to trainings and seminars or educate yourself to keep up to date with new strategies and tactics.
You build relationships. Value the people who work with you and for you to grow your business. Appreciation goes a long way. Offer help to those in your team who need help with their business as they have helped you in yours. As your downline's mentor, you are adviser, coach, counselor, trainer, and guide to them.
You're organized.This is a business ground rule. To get things done, you need to know what has been done, and what's next to do. Your game plan needs to be prearranged and already well thought-out before you can play it.
